The Pravakta AI Voice Stack, including its ASR engine, NLU engine, LLM orchestration layer, TTS engine, and Co-Pilot Analytics system, constitutes proprietary software of ThinkMindLabs. All rights are reserved.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content or software from this website or the Pravakta platform is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Trademarks

Third-Party Software Notices
The Pravakta AI Voice Stack incorporates open-source and third-party software components. The following licences apply to components distributed with the Platform:
- Components licensed under the Apache License 2.0 — licence text available on request
- Components licensed under the MIT License — licence text available on request
- Components licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License — licence text available on request
- Components licensed under LGPL — licence text and source code modifications available on request
A full bill of materials (SBOM) listing all open-source components, versions, and applicable licences is available to enterprise customers on request. Contact legal@thinkmindlabs.com.
Pravakta's use of open-source components does not grant any open-source licence rights over Pravakta's proprietary code or model weights.
Export Controls
The Pravakta AI Voice Stack may be subject to export control laws and regulations of India, the United States (EAR — Export Administration Regulations), and other jurisdictions. By accessing or using the Platform, the Customer represents and warrants that:
- It is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which export is prohibited by applicable law
- It is not on any restricted party list maintained by any relevant government authority
- The Platform will not be used for any purpose prohibited by applicable export control regulations, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons development
Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export and import regulations in their jurisdiction. Pravakta reserves the right to refuse or terminate access where export control obligations so require.
AI Act & Regulatory Notices
6.1 EU AI Act
To the extent the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) applies, Pravakta classifies its AI Voice Agents as Limited Risk AI Systems under Article 50 (systems interacting with natural persons). Pravakta complies with applicable transparency obligations.
Customers deploying Pravakta agents are responsible for ensuring that end-users are informed they are interacting with an AI system, except where the context makes this self-evident or the interaction is otherwise authorised.
6.2 India IT Act 2000 & IT Rules 2021
Pravakta complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Pravakta is not an intermediary in respect of customer-deployed platform interactions, which are solely governed by the customer's own regulatory obligations.
Indian Regulatory Notices
7.1 DPDP Act 2023
Pravakta is committed to compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). Pravakta acts as a Data Fiduciary in respect of corporate contact data it collects from its website and prospects. For customer deployments, the customer is the Data Fiduciary in respect of all personal data processed through the Platform.
7.2 RBI Guidelines
Pravakta's collections and BFSI-sector voice agents are designed to comply with the Reserve Bank of India's guidelines on fair practice codes for debt recovery agents. Customers in the BFSI sector are responsible for ensuring agent deployment and script content complies with applicable RBI circulars.
7.3 IRDAI Guidelines
Voice agents deployed in the insurance sector must comply with IRDAI guidelines on customer interaction and documentation. Customers are responsible for ensuring script content, disclosures, and interaction flows meet IRDAI requirements.
Dispute Resolution
All legal disputes arising from use of the Pravakta website (pravakta.ai), its content, or information provided herein — separate from disputes governed by a commercial agreement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
